This little gym just behind the Ridglea Theater is perfect for those of you who enjoy working out but need an extra push to keep your goals on point.  It’s also perfect for those of us who kinda hate working out and need that extra push to stay motivated. Many see results with Jenny’s individual training, but she also has group classes that are a lot of fun as well.  And, she was just featured in 76107 Magazine

Brandon Train

Located near Magnolia, on 8th Ave, this neighborhood gym has it all!  If you like boot camp type workouts, this is the place for you! I’ve seen his classes up and down 8th Ave going on runs, as well as working out at nearby parks.

Fit For Mom Fort Worth

Are you nervous about leaving your little one in a typical gym daycare? Or, maybe you want to expose your child to exercise and see you setting a healthy example?  Then this is the place for you!  Not only do you make new friends, but so does your little one. Go check out their Stroller Stride class or Stroller Barre class. I wish they’d been around when my daughter was an infant.

Lea Genders Fitness

Lea is your go-to trainer if you are a Fort Worth runner.  She specifically helps runners with strength training AND works as your running coach as well.  She’s the best of both worlds if running is your jam!  She is also a content creator and writer of the blog Running With Ollie.
