Spring is in the air here in Fort Worth, Texas and that means so is pollen! It means that we welcome sinus headaches, congestion, and drippy noses as well as the beautiful foliage. So I want to welcome Spring while also helping kick some of this congested feeling in my face to the curb with my new Face Massage created especially for Spring!

Goodbye Rose Oil
I’m letting my rose oil go for now. I love it and it smells and feels awesome, but the smell of roses doesn’t do any favors when you’re dealing with allergies, sinus headaches, and pressure- right? So, I’m saying goodbye for now in order to make way for something new.
This massage will start off with some cold stones. Not only are they actually relaxing and feel nice on your face, but the cold temperatures in the stones reduce nasal swelling and sinus inflammation. That already sounds perfect, right?
But there’s more! While the stones are resting on your face for a bit, I’ll massage the back of your neck. Then, once the stones are off, I’ll continue with some face cupping to further alleviate your sinus pressure. I’ll finish the treatment with a gentle massage while hitting some sinus pressure points. Finally, as long as you’re not allergic, I’ll dab some cooling white flower oil on your temples to help keep your sinuses open while you’re in the office.
Don’t worry! The hot stones will NOT go away just because I’m adding cold stones. Even in Spring and Summer, hot stones can feel utterly relaxing and can help those muscles melt. Plus, heat can also help with sinus pressure and pain. So, I’ll still be offering hot stones to gently massage those pesky pressure points.
If you’re like me, your spring has been spent dealing with allergies. So, go ahead and book your sinus relief massage here:
