Massage Tools I’m Crushing On

I’ve been giving massage for a while now and I’ve had the opportunity to try a lot of different tools in my practice. Some turn out to be duds and not really worth the investment. But other things have knocked my socks off, and I’m going to tell you about them!

 

Soothe Muscle Rub

This gem of a product is made by Mountain Pure CBD.  It contains the following that will knock your socks off: 700mg of concentrated CBD, hemp oil, coconut oil, green tea, peppermint, lavender, wintergreen, eucalyptus, arnica, and cinnamon. Sounds like heaven in a jar, right?

 

When people choose the add-on CBD oil to their massage, I will take a little bit of that salve and massage it into their area of pain. It’s helped me as well because my wrists are not as sore as they used to be after a full week of giving massages.

 

Heat Wave stone by Synergy Stone

Not only can I heat this bad boy up and use in on my client’s backs and shoulders, I can also take it to chair massage events. I don’t have to heat the stone up in order for it to be effective in massage. I can also use it when people are fully clothed allowing them to feel some much-needed muscle relief during a 10-minute chair massage at their place of business.

 

Sole Food by Rebel Massage

I’ve been using this on myself for a bit and will soon be incorporating it into my practice. This is an amazing salve that has turmeric oil.  Shea butter and turmeric – who can go wrong here? It’s nourishing for my dry heels AND makes my feet warm after a hard day,
